Lead executive-level searches across engineering, operations, automation, and industrial sectors
Partner with clients to define leadership gaps, organizational needs, and success profiles
Evaluate and present senior talent using deep business and organizational insight
Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and high performance
Serve as an advisor to executives on team structure, culture alignment, and talent strategy
Support leadership development initiatives and people-centered programs
Represent Zeno Global Performance with professionalism, energy, and purpose
What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience (Director or above), OR equivalent senior recruiting experience in technical/industrial sectors
Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership capability, and high-performance teams
An ability to “read people” and assess not just talent — but fit, mindset, and integrity
Passion for developing people and supporting leaders
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence

About the Role
diZruption™ and Zeno Applications are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Applications & Automation Developer with strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a love for building clean, simple, high-impact solutions.You’ll work across automation tools, custom applications, workflows, and experimental prototypes that simplify life and business for users.
What You’ll Do
Build small to mid-size internal and customer-facing applications
Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code + custom code when needed
Collaborate with the innovation lab to test ideas, tools, and experimental solutions
Support integrations between apps, data systems, and operations platforms
Troubleshoot and improve existing tools to optimize user experience
Work with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive, clean, and simple interfaces
Contribute creative ideas to help “disrupt” outdated systems and tools
What You Bring
1–5 years of experience in application development, automation, or software engineering
Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, API-based integrations)
Experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages is a plus
Curiosity, creativity, and bias toward simple, efficient solutions
Strong debugging skills and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ideas-first environment
